Xolani and Nomvume visited Geraldine Court to meet building manager Mrs Motlatsi as list was submitted to ICSS by a member who has resign and join other organization. it was important for ICSS to meet them and secure our relationship with Geraldine resident as we did not find it important to listen to a person who submitted the list when he says all building he has submitted is leaving with them after few weeks ICSS found no development to help this families to received destress food parcel , On our meeting with a manager we realized that residents must not be affected by our differences. ICSS promised the manager that Geraldine file will be proceed and she must wait for delivery. ICSS went to inspect the place where they say it will be used for food parcel handing over and we did not see anything wrong that can risk our operation or put Government staff in danger. The list was captured and edited and went through Quality Checking before handing to Gauteng Government
The food was delivered, the people were happy and the manager has sent big thank to ICSS and we also thank her for allowing us to process Geraldine file. Our relationship is unbreakable, we are looking froward to more Social engagement
